Vegan Nachos
Ingredients
2 Potatoes
1 Carrot
1/2 Water
1/3 Olive Oil
2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 C. Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
Dash of Cayenne
Tortilla Chips
Instructions
1. Boil potatoes and carrots.
2. Place in blender along with other ingredients and blend together well.
3. Pour on chips.
4. Add pico de gallo, peppers, guacamole, or whatever vegan toppings you feel like!
