Cuban Black Bean Soup


1 Can of Black Beans
1/4 Onion 
1/4 Cup of Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
1 Garlic Clove
1/4 Carrot
1 Tsp of Cumin
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of Water 
Salt to Taste 


1. Place olive oil in a pan on medium high heat. 

2. Let onion, pepper, garlic and carrot soften. 

3. Add in the black beans in their water. 

4. Add in the 1/2 cup of water. 

5. Add the salt and cumin. 

6 Let cook and simmer for a few minutes.
